June hates writing in third person. But she enjoys being in flow state, designing thoughtful digital solutions that make people's days better.
June has spent the past 5 years designing at early-stage startups and freelancing for government agencies.
Currently, she is a Product Designer at Cresta AI, designing knowledge products for contact centre agents. Previously, she spent 4 years at Ten Thousand Coffees, shaping mentorship and networking solutions for enterprises through an innovative HR SaaS platform. Her work has enabled global companies like BMO, Nike, and Duolingo to cultivate career development and mentorship opportunities at scale.
Previously, June designed enterprise cybersecurity software at D3 Security, empowering organizations to navigate security challenges.
Before that, she worked with the NYC Mayor's Office Digital Service Design team, conducting user research with elderly New Yorkers to enhance accessibility and usability in public services.
As a generalist, she enjoys every phase of the design process but she especially loves talking to users to uncover their needs, and exploring 0→1 solutions. When not immersed in design, June is either practicing streetdance, or cooking her favorite Vietnamese comfort dish—bún thang.
